At the initial meeting we will discuss what form you would be comfortable with us reviewing your company's business processes. Some of our clients would prefer to have a business analyst in their office every day talking to their company's experts face-to-face; others would be comfortable having a dedicated project analyst on call at all times.
Even before the main development, we'll show you the visual design of the system. It's a prototype you can try in action and assess how easy it is to interact with the interface. You can press all the buttons on different pages. Through this testing of your interactive prototype we can find out if we got the project's goals right, if your business goals are being achieved. To speed up the process we suggest testing the system logic on an undesigned prototype first and approving the design before submitting the MVP shortly. This approach requires a minimum of edits.

All developers involved in the project run unit tests to check each module in the system's source code for correctness. The tester checks the overall functionality by running various automated and manual tests. Testing is performed incrementally to be able to upgrade the system before it goes live.
